I’ve already used WP All Import to import the products.

Working out how to manage/display different types of products is the problem:
– price per item
– price per kg.

Do you have product in CSV or XML?

I suggest you please just book a support ticket there. They are helpful fellows they will must help you. In open source industry no one is responsible for helping any other one. Even nobody is responsible for your WordPress/WooCommerce installation. We just like to help people. You can hire a developer he may be responsible for your problem.
And if you see all of those videos, probably you can help yourself.
