• Where can we differentiate different tickets from different projects or clients ?
    I have several projects of customers, and several teams of agents..

    tickets refer to certain customers and these customers are associated with certain projects or products and those projects or products have certain agents assigned

    Hello,

    Please create a custom field for the project/product. For automatic ticket assignment you can use our Assign Agent Rules add-on.
    To filter the tickets you can use advance filters given above the ticket list. You can add additional filters from Support > Ticket List > Agent Ticket Filters settings.
