How to manage all emails, etc for multisites

Hi

I’m new to multi-sites and I’m hoping theres a simple solution for this…

I have 3 sites..top is news, 2nd is forums and 3rd is submissions…each site has 2 oe 3 emails attached to it. for example..admin@site1, support@site 1…..the same applies for the other sub-sites.

Is there a panel like app that will allow me to put all the emails in and control them? I’m sick of going back and forth to each individual email accnt., etc..

I’m sure this is a simple thing but I’m not really sure what to look for
