How to make wordpress recognize phpbb Forum shortcodes

Whats the best way to make wordpress recognize short codes from forums? My brother has a forum that he uses like a wordpress blog so I’m trying to move all of content from a phpbb forum to wordpress. He posts on a lot of forums and wants to be able to make 1 post on his wordpress site then be able to copy that code and directly paste it on to other forums. Below is a link to a wordpress post with all of the short codes. Any input is greatly appreciated.
