How to make web frames acceptable for search engines

Header on the top is creating issue with marketing.

Can you provide a bit more detailed info on what they reported to you? The theme is listed here, I can’t imagine it too burdensome…

Thank you. I changed theme but frame is still there. My webhost said i have to rebuild whole site without using frames. Can i just add or remove codes in template or use plug ins to remove frames?
