How to Make “Vote for Us” Badge Sticky?

    I am trying to make this “vote for us” image https://prntscr.com/tf965w sticky but it’s not working.

    Can you let me know how to make it work or what is the best way to make the badge sticky?

    It’s Sri Lanka’s best websites contest and one of our projects also got selected now I trying to make the vote button sticky. Any help is appreciated.
