Here is my question. I am checking out the free plugin Restrict Content. I want to use it for several sites. I need to have a level 1 that is not accessible to level 2. This site will have at least two totally different types of membership. I originally was using s2Member Pro, but I am seriously thinking about switching to Restrict Content and eventually to Restrict Content Pro.
In another site I need to have 3 to 5 levels where each level is independent of the others and only accessible to those in that membership level. In the second site some people will be in two or more memberships at the same time. It will consist of several courses.
Can Restrict Content do this? If so how?
The Pro version does have functionality I need, but I have found there support does not want to answer this question unless I have the paid version. Which I’m not doing until I get the free version doing what I need if that is possible.
I have kadence pro and backup buddy. I used to have the old membership plugin before it was discontinued. Hence a little hesitant to use another membership from iThemes.

Hopefully I am following what you are asking here correctly. With Restrict Content (RC) you can create separate Member Levels that restrict specific content via category, tag, custom taxonomy, individual posts/pages or by wrapping specific content in RC shortcodes.

Customers with Member Level Gold can specifically see content restricted to Member Level Gold, but customers with member Level Bronze cannot see that content. However, if you enable Multiple Memberships in your RC Settings area, then if a customer registers for both Gold AND Bronze, that customer would be able to see content restricted for each of those Member Levels.

Note that you can try out Restrict Content Pro and if it does not suit your needs you can get a refund within 30 days of purchase.
