How to make Trackbacks and Pingbacks???

    I’ve read the documentation for pingbacks and trackbacks, but I am still confused. Simply put, if I want to allow trackbacks, what goes in the “send trackbacks to” in my post dashboard? And if I want to make or recieve pingbacks, how? In layman terms. ??

  • Basically trackbacks/pingbacks is a service that tracks the URL to the original content.

    Thanks for posting that. That cleared things up a bit, and I’ve sent test posts to the blog entry per the author’s instructions on the post.

    Which brings me to my next question. I don’t see trackbacks enabled on my blog posts, even though it’s enabled in all the right places. Could it be a result of the theme? I actually don’t like this theme at all anyway, it’s a bit messy and loud. I’m going to design myself, something cleaner and not hot pink. ??
