How to make Toolset Forms to send the title of page, where the form is shown?

  • Please help, I tried everything but nothing works…

    I created a custom type1 with a title and description.

    Then I created another custom type2 to collect the data from the form.

    I put the form (which belongs to type2) in template of the type1.

    How to make the form to send a title of the type1 post, where the form is displayed and where a user fills it in – to my email?

    I tried everything (shortcodes, views, placeholders), but it just stubbornly sends me the data from the table only, not from the post, where it is displayed (which belongs to type1).

    Or is it not possible at all?
