for 1 – I meant – how to enable the tickets to be visible to guest users after users submit a ticket something like a public blog archive.
for 3 I meant – when uploading video or image to post after publishing the media is embedded in the post and in tickets, there is a link.
*) Is there any integration with Buddyboss?
*) any option to add geolocation with a map for the current user location?

You cannot embed the video in the ticket body however, you can attach the video. You can embed the image.

what are the configurations to show embedded images from email direct in ticket.
Currently all images are handled as attachement.

What do I have to configure?

I think there is no a setting for changing that but we are investigating to see if this is possible.
