How To make thumbs the same size?

Hi, this solution will crop the original image to generate the thumbnails, right?
I mean, I have 6 post per row and I’d like to have every thumbnail with the same width and height, but unfortunately not all the post images are the same size.

I’m having this problem, except with just one thumbnail. I used the thumbnail size choice in the display settings, and it’s working for every image except the top one, as you can see here

nevermind, I just removed the featured image, and re-uploaded it, and for some reason it’s working.
