I am new to WP so I a must be missing something. I installed and activated the plugin.
Now what? May page looks the same and the New Events look the same.

Actually,our plugin does not change original view of TEC. We are creating own custom view using TEC events.
You can add shortcode of our plugin in your page and represents events in available layouts.
