Hello! Added a filter to the widget. Parameters that are output through this filter is only one type of technology. How to make this filter appear only in the category where there are these products, and not in the whole site?

Thanks for the answer! Then why, for example, to get to the child category you need to go through 3 steps. And the characteristics of this category are important for her, but in the general filter you need to hide this attribute, and it is shown.

For example, we have an oscilloscope, it has an attribute that is very important when choosing an oscilloscope. This attribute must be in the filter. But this attribute should not be on the main page of the catalog, as balloons can be sold there and the attribute from the oscilloscope is not relevant there. For example, there are attributes that can be applied to all products, for example: Color, Brand, Country produced – these attributes can be on all pages of the catalog. But it turns out that if a subdirectory contains a product with this attribute, then this will also be reflected in the parent directory, which is not always appropriate. Is there any way to get around this rule?

For example, the “number of channels”
    Количество каналов
    1 (51)
    2 (24)
    3 (5)
    4 (1)

It is also displayed next to products in which in principle there is no such attribute. screenshot attached.

  • Hello,

Thanks for contacting us about how to show categories under specific conditions. I recommend reviewing our documentation on Conditional Tags:

    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/conditional-tags/

Please review this information to see if it can provide the information you need to configure things the way you would like. Let me know if you have any questions or if what I’ve provided doesn’t offer a good solution.

    Thanks!

We haven’t heard back from you on this. I am going to mark this as Resolved at this time. If you have another issue please feel free to open a new post. ??

    Thanks!
