how to make the widget above the "Meta" that is built in with this theme

One problem has surfaced to do with the built-in sidebar widgets. As I’m not using them, how do I get rid of them please? They also sem to have acquired bits of code from my widgets (even one that doesn’t exist).

These problems occur only from you.
Perhaps this is due to the fact that you have made a lot of changes in the code.
I can’t help you if I don’t know what you’ve done with the code of the theme.

The only thing I’ve changed is the code you’ve supplied. I’m trying to figure out why your theme has inserted strange links in the sidebar.

Ok, I’ve restored the original, untouched style.css, so it’s as supplied but the weird stuff is still in the sidebar.

Tell me please what exactly weird stuff.

I received your screenshot.
My theme adds section “Links” in Admin Panel to manage links.
All these links are in the “Admin Panel > Links” and you can delete them.
In one of the following versions of “Anarcho Notepad” I’ll add in the customizer the ability to easily disable the blocks “What is this place” and “Frends & Links”.

OK, these are/were links that I added but didn’t use that your theme is calling up.

And yes, the ability to delete/turn off those headings would be very useful.

I have one other observation on the layout namely, the post’s title. It just doesn’t stand out enough. The effect is that it’s actually difficult to figure out where the post starts. It might be the positioning of the red date flag which draws the eye down from the title hot link.

Perhaps if it were moved up and maybe smaller?

BTW, your theme doesn’t like spurious <divs></divs> in the text, they have the effect of making the text window overlap the sidebar.

I agree with you about post title.
In one of the following versions of “Anarcho Notepad” I will correct it.

About the red ribbon, I think maybe its worth move to the level of a title. But i don’t think that its worth to reduce in size, so in my opinion the red ribbon makes my theme more anarchist.

Spurious = unnecessary (that should be <div></div>. Sometimes, when I clean up text they get left behind and your theme doesn’t like them.

Talking of layouts, I notice that if I have the navigation option checked then it appears BEFORE any comment to the post. surely, it should go below with the comment first?

I’ve discovered another problem with your red ribbon. If there’s a table next to the ribbon, the ribbon forces the text over to the right, overlapping the sidebar.

It will be decided when red ribbon will be on a level with the title.
