How to make the whole box clickable ?

You need a little tweak in order to achieve your request.

Add this css :
.codedropz-upload-container { cursor:pointer; }

Add this to your sript/custom.js :
$(‘.codedropz-upload-container’).click(function(){
$(‘input.wpcf7-drag-n-drop-file’).click();
});

Let me if that works.
