How to make the Pop-ups work?

    I designed a popup to collect emails. But there is no information about how can we integrate and automate coupons with this popup. I used one of the pop up template and edited.

    it says “WordPress website owners can implement subscription forms and popups using plugin integration. Click?here?to learn more.?” It means we don’t need to copy the js script and paste in the head section, doesn’t it?
