How to make the Page link different than the Title

  • Howdy,
    I just moved from .com to .org for my website, https://www.Daileywoodworks.com.

    On my .com site I was able to have my page links (the one built into the theme) say one thing and the Title of the page say another. For example my homepage would be titled “Woodcrafts, Furniture, Rustic Decor, and More”, but I could set it to be “Home” on the pages links within my site.

    What do I need to do to make this happen? Thanks
