  • I have had a similar problem. When my site is opened on a mobile device, the home page doesn’t show up at all. It says “Content cannot be found.” You have to go to the full site, or to the menus to get to the desired content. I have heard from multiple customers that they think my website doesn’t exist because of this problem. Please help. Please visit my website on a mobile device here.

well yes your site is not showing anything except the menu…i guess u have to play little bit with your setting

i tired the non-nerd test also by resizing my browser…it shows the mobile version of the site on my desktop…but yeah on mobile nothing comes up

Hi Tyana, your issue is another one.
In mobile you’re not displaying the Customizr theme, but the jetpack mobile theme (twentyeleven). You might want to disable the jetpack mobile theme.

    Hi sher21,
all those elements you’re referring to are built with a plugin right?
    I see something like panel-grid.
So you might want to ask to them how to correctly style your panel grids in responsive mode.

    Cheers

well yes i created the page using page builder plugin…and yes i used several plugins in my homepage also…to whom should i ask ?? as asking everyone will create a confusion in my head

I see your point, but asking here is probably the worst place when you built those “contents” with plugins ?? Those are not Customizr “elements”.
I can just suggest you how to inspect a page, which will let you know the css selectors you have to use:
    https://doc.presscustomizr.com/customizr/browsers-dev-tools/

I can also suggest you to learn the media queries, to handle css in different viewports:
    https://doc.presscustomizr.com/guides-tutorials/resources-wordpress-developers/#css-resources
    (first two links)

    Hope this helps.

Thank you! That totally resolved my problem!
