How to make text and sidebar opaque in Coraline?

Add this to css:

#container { background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.7);

Where do I put it in Coraline?

Put it anywhere in wp-content/themes/coraline/style.css

And I forgot closing } in that code, so add it too.

It did not work. I put it at the end. Also fonts and font colors don’t work here either. What am I doing wrong? here is the code:

you seem to be editing editor-style.css, which is the wrong file.

you need to make sure to edit style.css of your theme.

It is on the last line of stylesheet: style-css, still not working ??

Nevermind, I got it!! It needed the “{” before the line started!! Nice! Now, how do I widen the white area? Not everything is fitting into the box.?
