How to make sure popup box doesn't show to subscribers

  • I am using the free version of Popup Alley. I thought that the popup box wasn’t supposed to show to current subscribers, but it does. Is there something or someplace that I can check off so that the popup box doesn’t continue to annoy my subscribers? Thank you in advance for any help!

    I ended up switching to another popup. That one doesn’t show to subscribers who subscribed through the widget but unfortunately it does show to those who signed up before. They say there’s no way for them to know who past subscribers are, but I’m not sure why my current subscriber list wouldn’t provide the needed info.

    May I ask which popup you went with? I believe it may show to people who signed up before the widget as they do not have a cookie set from the widget.
