How to make slideshow but text not images?

  • Hi:
    I’d like to have a slideshow type widget running on one of my sidebars. Kind of like a tickertape. Text only. Not image based. Profound quotations sort of thing. I input a set of text and they appear like slides, automatically transitioning from one to another over a period of time.
