How to make RSS to post a direct link in content

  • Hi! I need to implement a direct link to my main page in every article of outgoing RSS. I want to put this link in content block, for my RSS could look like this

    HEADER OF THE ARTICLE

    DIRECT LINK and CONTENT

    Permanent link

    I need this because other sites grab my content putting <nofollow> to permanent links that leads to very strange situation: Google thinks my site uses stolen content!

    Help please! Most of RSS importers do not change info in content part of RSS.
