How to make Rate limiting setting for woocommerce coupon code

However, the core WooCommerce plugin does not come with an option. You can get such functionality from a plugin or through custom coding.

As for plugins, you can also try the WooCommerce Smart Coupons extension which was enhanced last year expecially to protect from such vulnerabilities.
