how to make public users submit an article?!

  • hi i was wondering how to make users submit an article with moderation approval. is there a plugin for that?

    i want people be able to fill out a form than once they submit i review and boom it would feature on the frontpage?

    this possible? if so, its most likely a plugin so i need to know which one?
