Your directory is likely made up of custom post types. By default, the plugin handles post and page post types. If you have custom post types, you need to define them so the plugin can block them. There’s some information on this here:

Thanks heaps Chad – I’m still a little confused.

So the https://www.criticalphysio.net/community-space/members/tone_dahl-michelsen/profile/ URL is not generated from your plugin? This is not a post type created by WP Members?

I’m helping with the management of the site and I can see that we’re using WP Members as well as Buddy press. So am I right to assume that the members profiles are being handled by Buddy Press?

If that is the case – how do we handle

    – a membership directory
    – an individual profile (so logged in users can view other’s profiles)

    Through your plugin?

    I hope there’s a way – many thanks

WP-Members doesn’t create any custom post types, so your assumption of it being from BuddyPress is probably correct.

I am working on a new extension for the plugin that handles some of the common redirects and integrations that get asked about. This will include BuddyPress and WooCommerce. That will be release soon to premium support subscribers initially. I have not made any firm decisions beyond that.
