    Hi everyone,

When I tap on a parent menu item on my website using a mobile device, the menu sidebar closes and my whole page refreshes. I want it so that when I tap the menu item, it opens the dropdown menu to show the submenu items.

In order to open the dropdown menu without the menu bar closing, I have to precisely tap the dropdown arrow to the right of my menu label. This is really inconvenient.

I already followed a guide to make my parent menu items unclickable by using custom links, making the URL “#” and then deleting the # after it’s created. However, it still closes the sidebar when I tap on an item.

    How can I fix this?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
