How to make Page (not post) Category without linking URL?

    I’ve seen a few WP sites who use a Page Category but instead of it having a link, it is just a Category with child pages under it. Child sub pages attached to that, which would be linked to a page, EG:

    somedomain.com/#widgets/
    |
    – somedomain.com/widgets/blackwidget/
    – somedomain.com/widgets/bluewidget/
    – somedomain.com/widgets/whitewidget/

    Anyone go any ideas how I’d do this from within WP admin?
