How to make one of the notifications use a short code?

I would like to make it so that when they hit the submit button a short code i created pops ups and works, what the short code basically does is charges that person for viewing a page, but in case they don’t actually submit it, i don’t want the user to be charged, and the message changing field wont allow the short code to work. If anyone has an idea that could help me do this it would be appreciated.
