How to make names/email addresses go into the Subscribers List

  • Dear Mail Subscribe List,

    The mail subscribe form appears beautifully on my sidebar, however when I enter a name and email, it doesn’t show a thank you message, and more critically, it does not transfer the inputted name and email to the ‘Subscribers List’ in the ‘Subscribers Tab’ in the Dashboard.

    I’ve reviewed the FAQ and this message board and couldn’t find a fix.
    Do you have any recommendations?

  • I too cannot get the subscriber list to populate within WordPress. LOVE the plugin. It is great and looks really good. I have emailed the developer twice and also logged a note on social media but no-one responds. I would like to be able to leave great feedback about this plugin but at this point I cannot get information on how to resolve the issue.

    I understand that this takes a lot of time to build and respond to issues. Is there anyone else in this support feed who can help?
