How to make my post more narrow

    My wordpress blog Ygrids.com is using a Magazino Theme. I have several problems I can’t resolve, even though I have tried using a child-theme.

    1. On the homepage ‘Home’ (ygrids.com) I would like to have an image that doesn’t change when a new post is made. Right now it automatically shows an image and the title of the most recent post, but it’s not clickable anyway.

    2. Secondly, I would like to make my posts more narrow. I feel like the text would look a lot better if it were. Right now it just feels a bit ‘wide’. I hope you understand my problem, here’s an example post.

    I have sort of resolved the first issue by using a different setting for the homepage. The word ‘Home’ is being automatically displayed and I can’t seem to get rid of it.

    The second issue is not resolved and I don’t really know I could make it work.
