How to make my menu look like the template I bought?

In the template example the Albums menu has a drop down, er up, menu.

https://www.EricWMartin.comI want to have my photography, my cgi, and my retouching as main menus and then sub catagories, just like this template has Albums that breaks down to Flowers, or Dogs and Kittens.
