How to make my blog home page and latest posts page in same url?

    LetYouRead is my recently launched blog. Everything goes fine. I have created a separate homepage for my blog comes with /home URL. I preferred to choose latest posts for my front page. My issue is if I click home page, it seems separate and nothing found in it. So i want both of my home page and recent posts page will be same.I hope you people resolve the issue asap.

    what you need to do is delete the /home page, then go to your settings > reading and set your homepage to be your latest posts.
