How to make my articles countable like a post?

I’m using magazine style plugin to upload my articles. It is separated from post counts, so most of my articles are not countable. For that reason my all author’s bio page doesn’t show up properly because there’s no post. I’m using IssueM, WP Biographia, Author’s avatar list. How can I fix my article countable like posts and author’s bio page show up properly?
