How to make menu unresponsive?

    Hi. I am using a child theme of Fruitful, which have responsive menus. I’ve made a secondary menu in functions.php and added it to my header.php above the primary menu. Everything works fine.

    But is there anyway I could make the secondary menu unresponsive and let the primary menu still be responsive?
