    If I understand your question correctly,
    you need to open:
    Customizing ? Blog ? Blog General menu,
    and change the “Excerpt” value per you need.

    If you want, you can also enable the “Read More” button below the post.

    I confirm for view like “Grid Layout”, but i have problem the my post still long, button Read More not show, whereas i’ve activated the button Read More.

    Unfortunately, there is a bug in a Grid layout and we work to fix it, until we fix it, try to change the layout style.
    Once when we fix it, we will release the theme update.
    It may take two weeks (vacation).
