How to make login page and training course?

Hi Friends,

I am trying to add “Customer Login Page” to my website.

My plan is once they do the login, I want to offer them course which they can learn and pass the quiz at the end of that course and get more discount when they buy the stuff from us.

I just want to know where and how should I start? I already have wordpress website. just need to know how I can add login page and which software or site I have to use to create a training material and connect this to my website in login page?
