How to make log in fields in a contact form

Hi,

I just purchased this plugin, and works cool with the ACF plugin to register new users.

But i wonder if is possible make a contact form with login fields (username and password,link to recovery passwords, etc) that let the recent registered user, can log in to his wordpress page user.

Let me know if is possible.
