How to make links rewrite as the post title?

For example when I post a link to the blog in a forum, it appears like this:

https://horsepowerkings.com/is-ford-getting-ready-to-announce-a-750-hp-svt-mustang/

With my other WordPress sites, when I post the URL – it will automatically ‘change’ the link to something like this:

Is Ford getting ready to announce a 750 HP SVT Mustang?

What do I have to do so the link corrects itself automatically?
