How to make links in thumbnail grid open another page

How do I make the links/images in the thumbnail gallery open to a new page?
I have set the links in the gallery – and tried setting links for images in the media library – no go.
Just opens up the image in a lightbox.
So how do I disable the lightbox & make the image or overlay link work…PS. I paid for the developer licence for this because it promised extensive customisation options & support.
No dedicated ticketing system or support forum at HugeIT, and so far not impressed with the options…Ken
