How to make it work? – Subscribers can add Dropdowns in registration form

    im facing the situation that i want my subscribers choose from one item from dropdown list. due to that i dont know how many diferent items they gonna choose need i a way that they can choose from the dropdown and if they want they can push a butten like + and the same dropdown appears in next collum where they can shoose then the next item.

    ofc i could make it by multi choice in same drop down but thats not what i wanna use.

    Next case is the field “Weitere Anbieter oder Anbieter nicht gefunden “
    if the subscribers item isnt listed in the dropdown he should enter his item in the textfield. is it possible to make his add in this field automatically added in the dropdown?
