how to make it so Header stays and only pages changes

  • On some website I go to, if you click a menu item, and go to another page on the site, the header stays and only the page loads under the head. Currently on my site, the entire page loads including the header. Is this hard to make happen? I’d like to for the header to always be fixed and only the page below it change.

  • You’d need to refresh the content using AJAX.

    Obviously not being familier with your code, I can’t say for sure, but this is likely to be a big undertaking, and in truth proabably not worth it in terms of you time and effort to get it working correctly.

    Thanks I was guessing it was a big job but just something I thought was a cool feature. Thanks for the advice.
