How to make header transparent in all pages?

  • Hi,
    I am not a developer I have learned wordpress from YouTube tutorials all by myself. Anyways, my problem is that I have created a webpage and I am able to play with the opacity in my Home page but unable to see the opacity option in other pages when customizing. Moreover, is there a way where I can keep the header permanently as it is for my whole website.
