How to make featured images on "blog" page not so large.

  • You can edit the size of your thumbnails right in the backend of WordPress by navigating to Settings > Media. The blog archives use the “Large” size thumbnail. Change it to your desired size then make sure to regenerate your thumbnails.

    Can also use Appearance > editor > stylesheet, find 10.1 Posts and Pages, scroll down to “img.archive-image” and change width from 100% to your desired % of size.
