How to make directory point to WP page

I’m wondering the easiest way to make a directory point to a WP page.
Example:
https://www.tonybullard.com/directory/
Normally I would make an index page that would open when you put that into your address page. What I would like it to do is direct you to: https://www.tonybullard.com/?page_id=19Anyone know the easiest, cleanest way to do this?
