Hi, none of my store’s products have GTIN/MPIN/BRAND etc. I made a feed but Google Merchant says, “Insufficient product identifiers: Missing two out of three attributes [GTIN, brand, mpn]. What to do to avoid this ? How to make feed for custom products (without Product Identifiers ).

You could set “identifier exists” to no.
Than Google knows there are no GTIN numbers.

But remember that GTIN numbers are required by Google if the products you sell have them. Only handmade and unique products you made yourself could be possible without the unique identifiers.

THANK U VERY MUCH, I just set “identifier exists” to no and now it WORKED. Google merchant fetched the Feed well but as I tried to create a shopping campaign in Adword, my product status is shown “Disapproved: Missing unique product identifiers [identifier exists] “, any idea why ? Take a look HERE

    What is the feed url?
Maybe you have to wait a few minutes.
That error should no longer be shown when you add identifier exists to no

I found that my product status shows “for Shopping Ads = Pending” in Products > List in merchant account. Its been 10 hrs+ since I made the feed. But the product status in Adwords show “Disapproved: Violation of Shopping requirements”

@tvrhossain, I would advise you to contact the helpdesk you find in your Merchant center on the top right. They can help you clear things out and get going.

Thnk u very much Auke Jongbloed. I m testing the free version now. is there anyway to make a feed for single product. The reason is that we TEST one or a few products in Adword Shopping campaign. Why do I need to make a feed for all products in a category? Secondly, I have a few categories in my store, if I want to match the exact category mapping with google, I need to make single product feed with exact category mapping to google shopping bcoz google shopping has myriads of category cascading, which I dont have. Plz correct me if I m wrong.

In the premium version you can use a filter to only include some products in the feed.

I do not fully understand the category question. We have all google categories there are. In the Category mapping tool you can select your shop categories and link them each to the correct Google category.

Thk u very much, even in a free version ,there is a condition with every property, cant I set a condition for SKU ( if SKU is equal to 232321 ) to limit the feed for one product.

    (@aukejomm)

    No sorry for that.
You can set a condition for that particular field only.
Than again you could create for each attribuut a condition off course.

Thank u very much. Wud u plz help me out here. I m getting the following error-
“Invalid or missing required attribute: age group” and
“Invalid or missing required attribute: gender” and
“Product identifiers provided but ‘identifier_exists’ set to false..”
But there are more than One Attribute for mapping (Age Group, Age Range, Gender, gender), I dont know which one to choose to map properly. Check HERE

I also got “ERROR: Unknown ‘google product category’ value.
The ‘google product category’ value must be a recognized product category in the content language or in English.” But the category I added was found in the plugin itself. The plugin provided that category.

Yes, and the product categories we provide in the plugin should be correct.
What category is giving the ERROR?
