How to make custom loop with custom first post style?

Hello, i have a html like this:
https://i50.tinypic.com/2wcpldh.pngThose will be like posts, i need to loop 6 posts per page and the first posts are custom style. Maybe anyone have an idea how to make it correctly. P.S. posts will be in category “Clients”
