how to make custom box sizes

    Hi can anyone help i am trying to make a table which features excerpts from of information from other websites the 2 problems i have is i cant choose the box size and the slide bar on desktop is placed at the bottom which is very awkward if there is a lot of content because people would have to scroll down the scroll bar move it and then scroll back up to see all the columns.

    when there is a lot of text the box sizes are either very narrow and make the text unreadable or when i make them wider by putting a strip image at the top of a column to make to force it to be wider the text is still cut of awkwardly,,,,, so.

    1. how can i choose the customise the box size and make sure words do not chop in half
    2. how can i put the scroll bar at the top of the table.

    Hi,

    thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.

    Unfortunately, there won’t really be a nice solution here. As your table is too wide for the screen, the browser will try to make it as small as possible (to prevent scrolling).
    Moving the scroll bar to the top is also not directly possible, simply because all browsers put it at the bottom automatically.

    Hi,

    I’m not sure what you mean. The table in your link is scrollable left/right for me…
