How to make copies of an original blog?

  • Hello I try to explain what I need.

    I want build a network of blogs for an association that exist in many cities.
    Of course I’ll use WP 3.1

    I would like buils a standard blog with widgets, oages, forum, ecc

    Any time that I start a new blog, have automaicaly a copy of the standard blog that any city can afetee costumize.

    Is it possible?
    How?
