How to make content center of page

    How could I alter the css of this theme to make all the content (blog, pages, home page, etc.) be in a box in the center of the screen with a background behind it? I’ve seen it on LOTS of blogs. Take for example this one… https://wildflowersphotos.com/blog/
    I love how that looks and would love to recreate it on my website: downhome.me
