How to make contact between the business and the user

Hi,
Yes, you can make a link between the listing owner and user by adding contact form widget on Single Listing sidebar. Please to “Appearance > Widget” page and add “Directorist – Contact Listing Owner” widget to “Directorist – Listing Right Sidebar”. After doing that user can contact to listing owner directly.

but it send email to the author user email not the listing email so how can i make it send to the listing email?

I created users for all the listing owners, and put the same mail address as in the listing in the user. Voila.

In the dashboard, scroll down to users.

Add one user for each listing and take the mail address from the listing, and add it to the user. Then change the author of the listing to the user you created for the listing.

This way the contact owner form will send the mail to the author user which contains the mail address in the listing.

Thanks that works.

There is a direct way to do that, go to Directory Settings >> Listing Settings >> Single Listing, look for Email Send to option and set it to Listing Email.

Note: Make sure that Disable Contact Listing Owner Form is set to no, otherwise Email Send to option will not be available.
